Maintenance Management

Magnux is a maintenance solution fully integrated into the standard functionality of Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta).

Magnux has four different versions for supporting your maintenance processes.

Maintenance Objects

The maintenance object concept allows defining the different figures to be kept within your company. These objects may be machines, vehicles, installations, buildings or any other items of your choice.

At maintenance object level you can define warranty information, maintenance contracts with third parties, breakdowns or parts of the maintenance object and an unlimited number of counters that allow you to define values to monitor, such as mileage, number of operations carried out, etc.

Maintenance Plans:

Maintenance plans allow you to define a preventive maintenance plan for each object.

Within the plan you can define the tasks to perform, resource timing and nature of usage (hours, spare parts, bills and other productive resources).

The maintenance tasks triggers can be defined at time period level, hours of use of a resource, number of processed pieces, fixed dates or data obtained from the counters.

Maintenance Order

Maintenance or work orders are created automatically in the case of preventive maintenance or manually if it is a corrective maintenance. For this last type, the user can informed of problem symptoms, the diagnosis made and finally the solution arrive at. A problem solution knowledge database can also be generated.

In the case of preventive maintenance, the system will record times, amounts and expected and real costs for diversion analysis in the maintenance tasks.

Maintenance Technician Training

For a better control of resources dedicated to the maintenance, Magnux allows the geographical areas and subareas where a certain technician can execute the service to be defined, the task groups and tasks and the maintenance objects the technician is qualified for.

Information Analysis

Magnux is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) analytical tools allowing the use of a flexible and graphical environment for information analysis.
